Glen holds a B.S. in Economics & Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas. He has over 20 years experience in corporate finance and ten years experience in quality assurance. Kim has held career positions in dental operations and office administration, corporate administration, and customer service.

In 2008, Lone Star Handpiece attended technical training at the Midwest Corporate Headquarters in York, PA. Glen spent three days with the Midwest technical training team learning advanced repair techniques on the latest models of Midwest handpieces, including the Stylus.
